Is this the official Vietnam e-visa website?
No. Vietnam Visa by Matthew is a private visa service operated by Joey Visa Vietnam (licence 0108048938). The official government website is evisa.gov.vn, where a single-entry e-visa costs $25 and a multiple-entry e-visa costs $50, with a processing time of 3–5 working days.
How fast can I get a Vietnam e-visa with you?
Standard processing takes 7–10 working days and costs $45. Urgent options are 3 days ($64), 2 days ($74), 1 day ($94) and 4 hours ($104). Emergency 1-hour processing costs $224 and is available Monday to Friday when you apply between 8:00 and 10:30 Vietnam time. Weekend processing costs $224. These are single-entry totals.
I already applied on evisa.gov.vn. Can you still help?
Yes. We can speed up an application you have already submitted. You pay only our service fee, from $39 for northern airports (including Da Nang) and from $49 for southern airports. Weekend speed-up is not available when a southern airport is listed on your application.
Can you promise my e-visa will be approved?
No. The Vietnamese authorities decide every application. What you choose with us is the processing time, not the decision.
What if my application is refused?
For a new application, you get a 100% refund, including the government fee. For a speed-up, our service fee is refunded, but the government fee you paid on evisa.gov.vn is not.
What is the daily cut-off time?
The daily cut-off is 18:00 Vietnam time (GMT+7).
